Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close new business opportunities in IT services and staff augmentation.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across domestic and international markets.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and RFP responses tailored to client needs.
- Meet sales targets while maintaining accurate pipelines and CRM reports.
Roles
- Drive end-to-end business development activities for IT service offerings
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams for solution mapping.
- Represent the company in client discussions, negotiations, and presentations.
- Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams and maintain client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.
Skill Sets Required
- Strong knowledge of IT services, staff augmentation, and outsourcing models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to create compelling proposals and respond effectively to client
requirements - Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
(Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce) - Organized, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously.
