Job description

We are looking for candidates with 5 – 7 years of experience in the Business Development team from an IT company.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and analyse competitor strategies& market dynamics
  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels to build and manage astrong sales pipeline.
  • Nurture client relationships & address client inquiries and feedback promptly.
  • Sales strategy and planning aligned with growth objectives.
  • Monitor performance and adapt strategies to meet targets.
  • Lead contract negotiations with clients to ensure favourable terms for the company.
  • Coordinate with marketing and technical teams.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members.
  • Build a strong industry network.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM software.
  • Analyse data for insights and improvements.
