Eligibility: MBA HR Fresher (0-1 Yrs)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end to end HR activities
- Support onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Contribute with Market research, Data Analysis & required reports.
Roles
- Support the HR team in daily operational and recruitment tasks.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Assist in executing HR policies and engagement initiatives
Skill Sets Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational ability with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Workspace.
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and take initiative.
